Dr. Darm, Cinco De Mayo Dog Event and Photo Shoot
www.drdarm.com - Dr. Darm and Aesthetic Medicine organized a fundraising event to help raise funds and to benefit the Oregon Humane Society called "Aesthetic Inner and Outer Dog Event" on May 5th, 2012 at Fido's Indoor Dog Park in Portland, OR. The fundraising event was attended by many dog lovers and proceeds were donated to the Oregon Humane Society. For 142 years, OHS has been sheltering abandoned animals, fighting cruelty and negligence.
Dr. Darm is a proud supporter of the Oregon Humane Society. He is a honorary member of the Thomas Lamb Eliot Circle, this prestigious circle includes individuals, businesses and organizations.

Dr. Darm Pets, A Loving Relationship: Story of a Kate and Pippin
Thanks to PBS, which has an upcoming feature on "Animal Odd Couples," we get a look into this odd relationship between Pippin, the deer and Kate, the dog. Yes! a deer and a dog! Kate and Pippin will play together just as a dog would play with another dog. Isobel Springett, owner of dog, calls it "a loving relationship." According to Springett, the fawn was abandoned by her mother and was adopted by Springett's Great Dane named Kate.

The OHS Telethon: Four Hours of Kissing, Cuddling and Unconditional Love Oregon Humane Society's Telethon to End Petlessness is the Northwest's favorite fur-fix: you'll watch a parade of four-legged friends and go behind the scenes to learn about the live-saving work of the Oregon Humane Society.
The OHS Telethon was broadcasted live from 1–5 pm on October 14 on KATU Channel 2. This year's Telethon fundraising goal is $345,000. The funds raised help rescue, shelter, and care for pets in need at the Northwest's oldest and largest animal shelter.
